1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the ProcessOS website, AI demos, chat features, or any related services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

ProcessOS is operated by River Group, a New Zealand-registered company.

2. Description of services

ProcessOS provides:

• An informational website about our AI agent partnerships
• AI-powered demo tools for industry-specific process automation
• An AI chat feature for answering questions about ProcessOS
• A Partner Fit Assessment tool

Demo features are provided for evaluation purposes. They do not constitute a professional service or advice.

3. AI disclaimer

Our AI features are powered by third-party language models. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI outputs are generated content and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• AI demo results are for demonstration purposes only and should not be relied upon for business decisions
• You should not input sensitive personal information, confidential business data, or trade secrets into demo features
• ProcessOS is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated output

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Services
• Input malicious content, hate speech, or illegal material into AI features
• Impersonate ProcessOS or its employees
• Use AI outputs to generate misleading or fraudulent content

5. Intellectual property

All content on the ProcessOS website, including text, design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of River Group or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

AI-generated outputs from demo features are provided for your personal evaluation. You may use them for internal assessment but not for commercial purposes without a partnership agreement.

6. Rate limiting

AI features are subject to usage limits to ensure fair access for all visitors. If you exceed these limits, access will be temporarily restricted. This is not a service interruption — limits reset automatically.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, ProcessOS and River Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand legislation.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
